1. It is necessary for you to be born again in order to be SAVED.
- Physical Birth.
Genesis 4:1-2 says, “Adam lay with his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, “With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man.” Later she gave birth to his brother Abel.” Since the beginning, God established a method so that the human race could reproduce by means of physical birth. All human beings have this biological birth, which demonstrates that you are a creation of God, but with spiritual birth, you are adopted and recognized as a child of God.
- Spiritual Birth.
This is what we know as new birth. John 3:3-6 says, “In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.” “How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!” Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.” When you accept Christ in your heart, you are born again spiritually.
2. Your salvation is eternal through JESUS CHRIST.
- Sin separates you from God.
Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” The greatest proof of God’s love for you was sending His Son to reconcile you with Him. That’s why Jesus died, to forgive you of all your sins. Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” It doesn’t matter the kind of life you lived in the past, He wanted His Son to carry with him punishment and suffering that you and I deserved.
3. God gives you salvation like a GIFT.
- When you believe in Jesus Christ by faith.
Romans 10:9-10 says, “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”
- When you trust in His grace and not in your works.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.”
If you would like to accept Jesus into your heart, pray the following prayer:
“Jesus Christ, thank you because you love me. I understand that I need you. Thank you because you died on the cross for me. Forgive me of my sins. I open up the door to my heart and receive you as my Lord and Savior. Occupy the throne in my life. Make me the person you want me to be. Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me the gift of eternal life, in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
God, by His grace, has forgiven you of all your sins and has given you eternal life without deserving it. If you prayed this prayer, please let us know. We would like to pray with you!
